Example 4 in https://www.w3.org/TR/2019/WD-dx-prof-conneg-20191126/ contains the following, which appears to be contradictory to me:

HTTP/1.1 200 OK
Content-Type: application/json
...
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
...
</html>
