Make range value of prof:hasArtifact rdfs:Literal #50

This is to indicate that expected values of this property are not RDF nodes (named noes or blank nodes) but terminal values, e.g. a URL

This assignment would be useful. Though ideally it would have been better if the name had been clearer: "has artifact" really sounds like a fully fledged resource is going to appear there. Conveying that it's a mere literal sounds quite like an uphill battle. Would it still be possible to change the name?
