This PR aligns the HTML and RDFS removing 'dcat:keywordsub-property ofdcterms:subject` in all the RDF files.
Assuming the group does not find an agreement on having dcat:keyword sub-property of dcterms:subject - see issues #1374 and #175 - we need to align HTML and RDF in the current version: the HTML does not include the sub-property between dcat:keyword and dcterms:subject, while the RDFs do.
