Adding new fig 7 #1397

Creating a new diagram for Fig 7 to solve #1383. It has the same look and feels like the rest of the diagrams

There are two boxes sdo:DataDownload in the diagram. The one in the middle should be sdo:Dataset.

Hmm. Should we consider attempting some additional alignment with https://schema.org/CreativeWorkSeries

yes @dr-shorthair, we should/may. I suggest creating a new issue for this as it might require discussion and changes way beyond the layout of figure 7.
