tutle file incoherent with html #1612

In the turtle file dcat:keyword is subproperty of dct:subject while in de html this is not mentioned. This is incontrast with dcat:theme which explicitly mentions it is a subproperty of dct:subject.

It should be the case that both representations are coherent with eachother and that decisions are not hidden in some technical artefacts.
