Underline needs to be thicker #118

Underlines in Ethiopic text need to be thicker than in English text. Some control is needed over the thickness of the underline. This may be an advanced issue.

Thicknesses can be specified explicitly, or they can be taken from the font. Ethiopic fonts should probably be setting thicker widths for this settings if that's the expectation.
