Need standards for embedding controls into contents #263

It seems there are some ePub titles which enable users to control some Reading 
systems's functions, Read-Aloud start and stop function, for example.

According to the website below, the feature has been implemented with vendor 
specific attribute.

To prevent from spreading vendor-specific ePubs, it should be standardized in 
the WG.
