text-combine:horizontal has been renamed

EPUB 3 uses -epub-text-combine:horizontal but the latest draft 
of CSS Writing Modes uses text-combine-horizontal: all, instead.
What should we do?

I do not think that we should drop -epub-text-combine 
since it is implemented and widely used.

We might want to allow text-combine-horizontal as well as 
-epub-text-combine in the future.  However, since CSS WG is 
looking for a better name for this property at present, 
I don't think that EPUB 3.0.1 is the right timing for adding
text-combine-horizontal.
