[iso-part1-#46] Definition list term styling

Issue:

The style of presentation of sub-headings in this section is confusing, as they 
appear to correspond to the style of presentation of property and attribute 
names elsewhere, and this might cause the reader to wonder whether there is 
some semantic connection between these different uses of the same style.

ISO Suggested Solution:

Use more appropriate choice of formatting properties for sub-heading styles. 
These could probably be presented as a bulleted list, using styles similar to 
those employed, for example, in Section 1.1
