The tests lay-reflow-align-x-center, lay-viewport-meta-prop, lay-pkg-flow-paginated, lay-pkg-flow-scrolled-continuous, and lay-pkg-flow-scrolled-doc are now labeled as "Fixed Layout" tests
The tests pub-foreign_bad-fallback, pub-foreign_image, pub-foreign_json-spine, pub-foreign_xml-spine, and pub-foreign_xml-suffix-spine are now labeled as "Manifest Fallbacks" tests (which is a new category)
The tests mol-timing-synchronization_fxl was moved into the "Media Overlay" category (it was part of Fixed Layout).
This is to fix #260.
