Separate security and privacy sections #41

The privacy is about user, whereas security is about cross origin issues and rights/licensing. Having them in one section is misleading.

I reduced the former security and privacy section to security only. At this point I am not sure what one would have to write about privacy, though; I do not see any major difference between online and offline at that point...
