Add C2PA repos to mls.json #228

The C2PA would like to use this mechanism to provide their members with updates on their ongoing work

hi @lrosenthol - any chance the C2PA WG could instead set up its own instance of https://github.com/dontcallmedom/github-notify-ml/ ? I know IETF is doing that already. The reason for operating separate services is that having non-W3C work managed in this W3C service would make it much harder to manage over time (e.g. if W3C decided to deprecate it, move to a different solution, etc).

@dontcallmedom I had asked about non-W3C folks using this and was told that there were others doing so. But sure, if we need to, I will look into setting up our own. Thanks!
