How do we use / relate /reconcil the prior official DICOM rdf work?

The contents of this table are available in OWL, XRDF and CSV format at
ftp://medical.nema.org/medical/dicom/resources/ontology/dcm/dcm.owl
and in [Bioportal](http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/DCM).
