The W5 "ontology" (w5.ttl), as currently derived from "source/w5.ini" has a couple of issues:
1) There is a when.init, when.planned, ... but no just plain when node. Contrast this with who.
2) The subclasses section has clinical=general, careprovision, .... These are referenced as clinical.general, clinical.careprovision, etc. in the mapping section of the resource definition. We need to either (a) generate a dot notation in w5.ttl or (b) change w5.ini to read: clinical=clinical.general, clinical.careprovision, ...
