Since I opened an issue on Arabic script (https://github.com/w3c/alreq/issues/100), I thought it makes sense to do something similar for Hebrew. In overwhelming cases math expressions are exactly like in English. For more info please see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hebrew_punctuation#Mathematics
I do see some difference in long division with remainders between countries. Here are some examples:
