Should we use "overlarge" tables? #139

The W3C's base.css allows tables to be "overlarge", meaning that they span the width of the available viewing area.... as we make extensive use of tables in this spec that have a lot of content, it might be worth considering using "overlarge" for the tables to make them easier to read.

Looking at the spec, it seems maybe the w3c fixed the table style so closing.
