provide note explaining why this is an issue which can be avoided by simply using lowercase.
add additional example/reference to casing requirement to examples of incorrect usage section.
make case requirements a sub-section of “document conformance requirements for use of aria attributes in html” rather than it’s own top-level section.
this PR is a middle ground between keeping the current requirement, and the change proposed in #287
