Remove unnecessary files #390

Delete details-summary directory
delete examples directory
delete right arrow png
delete publish directory

none of these appear to be necessary anymore, but @stevefaulkner would appreciate you to verify just incase they're being used / referenced somewhere that i'm not aware of.
