I've mentioned this aeons ago (probably on a mailing list), but: is there any logical reason why https://www.w3.org/TR/aria-in-html/ (which some folks may assume is the stable published location of the... "ARIA in HTML" spec) actually hosts the "Using ARIA" working draft from 2017?

I mean it's ok (though also confusing) that the canonical URL for this spec is https://www.w3.org/TR/html-aria/, but could https://www.w3.org/TR/aria-in-html/ not at least be repointed/redirect to this?
