CFC: Move the W3C ARIA in HTML spec to the ARIA Working Group #491

This is a Call for Consensus to move the W3C ARIA in HTML spec to the Accessible Rich Internet Applications Working Group.

The development of the ARIA in HTML spec will continue in this repo by the editors and other members in the ARIA Working Group.

To show support for this proposal, please add a 👍.

This CFC is closed with only supports.

We will put the resolution into the new charter of the WebApps WG.
