check the text content, and if it contains both rtl and ltr characters, raise a warning to say that you should check that all opposite-direction phrases are tightly wrapped with isolating directional info.
ideally, such a warning would only be raised for opposite-direction phrases that are not tightly wrapped (see https://www.w3.org/International/articles/inline-bidi-markup/index#unknownuc)
