The extension was funded on a EU grant for an initiative called the "Multilingual Web" that stopped publishing anything in 2017. The init.de site does not seem to host it anymore. And it does not work in recent versions of LibreOffice or equivalent (tested under latest NeoOffice).

I've asked the company whether they are planning to update the code. If they don't, this plugin is not very useful anymore.
