Added my mailto
Added with lang to the first occurence of 'mojibake' in Japanese
Moved 'lang' attribute to a span inside the element for second occurrence (to avoid the CSS bug where quote shapes are for the enclosed language)
Changed link to Unicode glossary so that it doesn't go to the definition for NFD. I'm not sure why it was pointed there (@r12a please comment if this is wrong?)

Since this PR has conflicts, and i was making some changes too, and these were v small edits, i rolled them into https://github.com/w3c/i18n-glossary/pull/12. So closing this.
