Alphabetical links and headings have low contrast #3

66cc00 over white has a contrast ratio of ~2, well below the WCAG recommended ratio

Hmm. I took the colour from the WAI Glossary at https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/Glossary/printable.html#Glossary, hoping that they'd solved that problem for me. I'll look into it.
