I think we need to define this as, perhaps, Unicode Code Block, because we use the term 'block' in things like styling (and now in discussions about directionality) to refer to something quite different.
I don't think the term 'Unicode Code Block' is commonly used. 'Block' is usually used directly. We can consider define it as 'Block (Unicode)' this so that reader can find this entry more easily when they click the alphabetical link 'B'.
You may also want to add that characters for a given script often come from multiple blocks.
