Add block direction, string direction, NFKC, and NFKD #74

Adds definitions for 'string direction' and 'block' direction taken from string-meta verbatim

Fixes #29. (Adds definitions for NFKC and NFKD). Note that I adapted text from the "warning" box in charmod-norm to the Unicode definitions for these.
