I currently have my Chrome browser language set to Swedish, if I view a document marked up with <html lang="en"> for example, which has a video element, the controls are translated to Swedish, e.g. the Play button has aria-label="spela upp" but there's no lang="sv". Shouldn't it be the browser's responsibility to set the appropriate lang?
