There are many reading lists with useful resources for learning about racism, it can also be useful to look at the intersection of racism and technology such as this from Venture Beat.

I have been working on adding items to the Positive Work Environment Resources and References file. I will clean and reorganize the lists shortly.

I've been looking for readings about colorism that are not U.S.-centric. Here is what I've found so far. I wish I could find something that was more globally scoped instead of being centered on specific countries. The first one here comes closest to that.
