W3C automatically sends out an email that includes the below items to an AC rep when the member joins W3C. We expect AC Rep shares it with new participants. Should this general information be included for new people?

Found AdvisoryCommittee/NewbieInfo created by Coralie in 2017. Shall we include the automatic email as well? Some info should be updated and I'll do that.
