Create .pr-preview.json #6

This will automatically create a preview and diff file for the document, it makes the handling of textual PRs way easier.

Also: it may be useful to add https://w3c.github.io/identity-web-impact/ to the "about" area of the repository; it'd point to the readable version of the text right away from the repo

Note that I do not know whether the html file is generated automatically by a github commit in bikeshed, or is done offline. If the former, the preview file might have to be updated. I have never used bikeshed, so I di not know.

@iherman thank you. I am preparing a dedicated boilerplate to run the automation. at the moment is derived from the UD.

prepared the new boilerplate, i am talking with @koalie for a PR, when it is done I'll port into the bikeshed file and activate the automation
