Font styling & weight #129

4.2.4 Font styling & weight seems to have little to do with context-based shaping & positioning. It might be useful to move it to section 4.3, or to a subsection of section 4.1.

Indeed, that is an error. It should be 4.3.

(Not 4.1, because 'font styles' in this context doesn't equate to 'font-style' in CSS.)

I'll fix it.
