Devanagari: 3.7.2 Danda selection for Purna Viram and Deergh Viram - inconsistent behavior in some browsers #35

This is inconsistent behavior in some browsers.

Correct usage: The danda or double danda should not be selectable when selecting the word before. Is this already an open issue?

Need: Add documentation of selection behavior across browsers and different versions. Also add usage specimens for this issue.
