The term "character" is used a lot, which may not fit well with https://github.com/w3c/imsc-hrm/issues/36. I haven't proposed specific changes to that yet, but we should aim for clarity and consistency, of course.

@nigelmegitt Yes, the objective is to be consistent. Let's see where the discssion re: character vs code point lands.
