I prefer the friendly sentence of IMSC1.2. Not sure if that's actually something we can control though.

@himorin yes, I think you use this as the basis of a REC transition request. Not sure when @palemieux feels is the best time to merge it - I am happy for it to be done straight away, or it can be adjusted with the final publication date and then merged.
