Remove tts:lineShear #456

Just noting: Depending on the order of merging of this and #454 an additional change needs to be made to one of them, because #454 introduces a change that includes lineShear.

I don't have an issue with this, but leaving unreviewed (by me) for the time being while the issue is open for consideration by the WG. Suggest anyone particularly in favour of making this change gives it an approval.
