Suggested edits for README #16

These are all just suggestions, and are nitty editorial changes.

Thank you @r12a ! These changes not only improve the quality of the README, I also learn from how you changed it. The only change I did not take is JLreq → JLReq. I agree it is a bit strange but this is how Kobayashi-san likes to capitalise the name ;)
