Description on Japanese fonts and glyph #160

In other similar documents like clreq and alreq, they have included some sections to talk about specific detail of fonts for those languages that designers or programmers might need to beware of when dealing with those languages, but I have not see similar content in jlreq. Should jlreq add a few sections to cover soecific details about Jaoanese fonts and glyphs, like common Japanese font families, Glyph of Japanese font for some Unicode code points versus other non-Japanese fonts, ideograph variation sequences, and other possibly relevant content?

BASE table entries and variable font axis details for vertical text should be included I think.

@c933103 Do you mean the information like those in clreq § 2.2 Typefaces for Chinese Characters? It doesn't contain information on Unicode like Han unification and ideographic variation, though.

I think adding a section that describes the Japanese typeface is a good idea for a future version of JLReq. adding "future" tag. The section might include but not limited to: common typefaces, basic concepts such as body, notes on the baseline, typical character sets, required tables, design requirements (inc. position of punctuation), minimum requirements, etc.
