removed id w3c_process_revision from Japanese text #216

Actually, this is within directly translated text into Japanese from English text which respec inserts, and markups including this id was copied from (generated) English text as is...

We can also change the id to something like w3c_process_revision_ja, but I doubt anyone will use it, so I'm OK with removing it.
