simple-ruby is moved into its own repository, so I think we don't need to update this. (rather than updating, better to be removed or replaced with redirect? > @r12a )

The part here contains content that has not been moved to the w3c/simple-ruby repo, so IMHO deletion may not be the best way (unless we decide to abandon this part of the document).
