Add final slash to ED URL #102

Minor update to save a 301 Permanent redirect when someone wants to access the ED from the TR document.

Should we add a slash to the URL field while we're at it?

Yes, all the more so than this is where it should have been added to start with ;) Adding a final slash to the repo URL is useless, there is no redirect there.
