Client testing #214

So far we only address server test. How do we plan to add client testing?

I don't think we plan to, other than manual testing. It was discussed at previous WG meetings. Currently we have a separate manifest that holds the test cases for client tests, it made no sense to stub these in TestNG/JUnit just to generate the RDF. So we just hand maintain it. If someone wants to provide some manual test results they can. We can then crank up a haml template for client tests and generate a WG report if needed. I'm not sure it is needed.

I do have some ideas on how to address client testing, though it still would be fairly manual due to the nature of it. We could defined a set of manual tests to perform against a known reference/test server. That server could track the requests and give a report at the end of the tests.
