A Mongolian compound word separated by U+1806 TODO SOFT HYPHEN moves the hyphen to the start of the second line when that compound is split at a line end. #52 #84

Blink: ✅❌ Works fine in HTML. No vertical text in textarea, but puts hyphen on 2nd line. Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/108.0.0.0 Safari/537.36
