Update bikeshed #38

Just set up bikeshed, and it looks like there's a new version that wants a bunch of changes.

@siusin @spanicker is this still relevant in light of https://github.com/w3c/longtasks/issues/35? Should we delete this file entirely?

Right, the index.html in the gh-pages branch is update-to-date.

Oops, I wasn't on gh-pages. Are we only working on gh-pages? If so, should we delete the contents of the master branch?
