Hi. This is Wonsuk Lee from ETRI. I am sorry I didn't join the kick-off meeting last week, but it's because the meeting time was 1am in Seoul time zone. :( By the way I read the meeting minutes and base on this I propose the use case below.

Title: : User profile management use case for web services

Description: James, like many users, utilizes various online services such as social media platforms, e-commerce websites, financial services, insurance portals, and government service websites. For each of these services, James is required to create an account and provide personal profile information such as his name, phone number, and address. James signs up for Service A (a government service portal), Service B (an online shopping platform), Service C (a social media site), Service D (a credit card company), and Service E (an insurance provider). For each of these services, James has to manually input his profile information during registration, and each service stores his data in their own system independently. Over time, James’s personal information changes. He moves to a new address and updates his phone number. Now, James is required to visit Service A, Service B, Service C, Service D, and Service E separately to update his profile information. Each service has its own process and interface for updating user data, making it time-consuming and inefficient for James to maintain consistent and accurate profile information across all the services he uses.

Interesting and it was discussed before @wonsuk73. It is not clear that James would want all Service(s) A-E to receive the updated profile information. There is a case to be made about supporting multiple (a hierarchy of) identities. So maybe that's the real user story.
