Capitalization for referencing success criteria #21

It would be useful to have a rule for referencing success criteria, for example in WCAG For example:

  1. If text is referring to the content of the current document, should success criterion be capitalized or lowercase? For example: "This success criterion is to ensure that…" or "This Success Criterion is to ensure that…"
  2. If text is referring to a different success criterion, should that be capitalized? For example: "The relationship between this success criterion and Success Criterion 1.4.1 (Use Of Color)…".
