Check refused in Validator but possible in nuHTML

The page https://www.motionmountain.net/ cannot be checked in Validator ("403 forbidden"), but without problems in nuHTML. What is the reason?

P.S. It is validated in Validator when clicking on "Validate error pages "

Seems not to work any more. Does not work in four different browsers: Firefox, Brave, Opera and Chrome.
