[Charter] Add Publishing@W3C groups to coordination section #69

This adds the Audiobooks WG, the EPUB 3 WG, the Publishing CG/BG and the Synchronized Multimedia for Publications CG, from the publishing activity to the coordination section, as suggested during the AC review of the charter.

Sorry @chrisn but I've checked with Daihei, the commenter, and he mentioned the changes added by this PR is not rally what he meant (as I suspected in my message sent to the MEIG Chairs by email). So we need some more tweaks.

Now I'm asking Daihei for some more clarification about his expectation.
