Allow itemid in general #51

For any item with an itemtype, rather than expecting the vocabulary to define it somehow.

Seems more consistent with the rest of the Web like this. I don't know of any schema systems that define @itemid, ... whereas lots of actual items have been described that already have sensible (URI/URL/etc) identifiers.
