give examples and algorithms a URL #71

There should be some readable thing, and a URL, for each example and algorithm.

@chaals is taking a look at this, e.g. RESPEC version https://w3c.github.io/microdata/#conformance has IDs on parts, but not on the examples, will figure it out.
