Put microdata in context esp. for i18n, RDF #75

Describe the relationship with RDF formats - especially RDFa which is the closest analogy and can meet the same use cases.

Explain why, especially for i18n, people might want to use an RDF format instead.

(To think about before merging: Clarify this for accessibility? labels and text alternatives seem the most obvious use case)
